Structural Embed

• For organisations where the audit confirms structural intervention is needed, I embed as an operator to implement the changes.
• Duration: 6 months. Method: Operator-led implementation inside the business.
• Implementing the operating architecture: decision frameworks, escalation paths, information flows. Establishing a leadership operating cadence that functions independently.
